Return Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
  • Intimate or sanitary products.
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software.
  • Select health and personal care items.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use.
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records.
  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us via our contact form.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. A gift certificate will be sent to you once the return is processed.
  • If the gift was not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us for return authorization and shipping details.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • The time required for exchanged items to reach you may vary based on location.
  • For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
